Oh dear! I was caught in a state of "undress" in my Morning dress! (and very non-1860s sandals). Had a wonderful time! Awesome audience, great staff at Willowbrook! Looking forward to coming back again soon!
They did wear sandals of a sort back then, as well as pattens. Maybe we should research those and possibly find comfortable alternatives for camp-wear.
